it finally came! it was such a whirlwind of planning and handmaking things for the few months prior that when it was the actual day, it was so nice to just be able to relax and celebrate our beautiful daughter and the most incredible year for jeremiah and i. it was a french soiree that included a grilled cheese bar, mimosas, lemon rosemary cookies and madeleines, a photobooth with disguises, an awesome (if i do say so myself) and handpicked french 1960's pop music playlist, and the closest and most incredible 50 people in our life!
we asked a family friend (who also happens to be a great photographer...lucky us!) if she would be so kind as to take photographs that day so i wouldn't have to worry about catching everything and actually just BE in all those moments. you will have to forgive me for the amount of pictures that are to follow...there were so many good ones that it was hard for me to narrow them down!
Can I just say how PERFECT this is?! You guys did so much work and it looks amazing. This is the cutest, guhhh. Also - your hair color is beautiful. LOVE , LOVE, LOVE!
Shelly, you completely outdid yourself! It looks like a party Marth Stewart would have planned herself! The first photo of Clem by herself is unbelievably gorgeous!! She's amazing! Love you three! ...and happy birthday Clem!
PS You NEVER have to appologize for posting too many pictures! There is no such thing as "too many" as far as I'm concerned! The more the better!
